The battery swap connector consists of a matched vehicle-side receptacle and battery-side plug, providing a stable electrical interface for high-voltage battery systems rated up to 750 V DC and 300 A. Multiple cable cross-section options from 50 mm² to 120 mm² allow adaptation to different power levels and vehicle configurations within battery swapping platforms.

Designed for outdoor swap-station environments, the connector supports defined high-voltage interlock functionality, grounding on both sides, and sealed protection up to IP67 when mated, helping maintain electrical reliability and safety throughout repeated battery swap cycles.
