The HV IPT (Insulated Pass-through) connector is a structural high-voltage interface designed to route high-current conductors through bulkheads or sealed enclosures, combining electrical feedthrough, mechanical fixation, and sealing within a single integrated solution.
Unlike plug-and-socket high-voltage connectors, IPT connectors function as permanent or semi-permanent power feedthroughs, optimized for panel mounting and bolted terminations in EV power systems.
It supports 1-, 2-, and 3-position configurations, with a rated voltage up to 1500 V DC and a rated current up to 250 A DC. Multiple wire size options are available, including 25 mm², 35 mm², 50 mm², and 70 mm², enabling flexible adaptation to different high-power requirements.
