The HV 630 2-pin connector is a compact high-voltage connector designed for two-conductor power circuits in electric and hybrid vehicles. Using a 6.3 mm contact system, it supports continuous currents in the 23–40 A class with 2.5–6 mm² shielded cables, making it suitable for DC main circuits and single-phase AC interfaces in medium-voltage subsystems. Typical applications include on-board chargers, DC-DC converters, PTC heaters and high-voltage auxiliary devices.
